Additionally if anyone wants to help me, I'm making a Mane 6 fantasy (human, elven, dwarven, etc.) rpg party and I'm trying to come up with names for them. I'll most likely go for names that somewhat resemble their original names, but any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try messing around with their names in a translator. Use an old language. Most of our own names come from something like theirs too. For example Adolf comes from germanic Adalwolf, which means noble wolf. http://www.behindthename.com/name/adolf. So try to play around with their names like that.
