As for her story I imagine her as being very shy around people but more goofy and open around people she knows. She was raised along side Rory and is a few months younger. Since they were raised together for so long, she felt very conflicted when she began to "notice" him as puberty crept in. Feeling that she was some kind of sicko for being attracted to her family. Rory also had many shame boners as he caught himself looking at her plumb luscious ass.
For her home life she is very close to her aunt Twiligjt and often follows her around the castle. She's also a homebody and doesn't really have any skills or talents. Preferring to instead read or laze about watching tv and snack on rare gems. But as she gets older she feels the need to improve herself and then works on being a home maker.

I don't mind Femanon, but that's not how I write Laikanot that I'm writing much currently anyway. Unemployment is more of a bummer than I was thinking it would be. Granted, I tend to stay away from Femanon anyway, because I'm oldschool like that. And not confident I could write a decent female PoV.
Also, just want to say that I love the fact other people like Laika. It's brilliant. She was my first real creation (I'm not counting Aurora Anonsdottir, because I still haven't finished polishing chapter 3. It's coming along, but slowly. To be fair, when I first came to this thread I had no idea what her origins were. And I just wrote it like that. But if you honestly want me to, I will just stop writing Laika since it's going against your canon.

I got a job. I hated it, I worked stupid hours, and worked with customers' who'd complained to us. I got a new ladyfriend, and she sucked up quite a bit of time too. My job meant I spent a lot of time writing reports, and I fell out of love with writing longer pieces. I've been writing more frequently recently, but I just feel it's all crap, so I'm not putting it out there, just reqriting. I wanted to get back into the swing of it. As I said, I'm not really bothered too much. I love seeing other people writing Laika, or drawing her, or talking about her. It's nice that other people like my creation. I always smile when I see her mentioned, and for a while it was one of the bright points of my day.
But, to me, changing a character's parents is a bigger alteration than changing, for example, favourite foods. Different experiences are like a different timeline, but different parents, to me, normally feels like a different character.
