I just found it so-so. A lot was going on and happening, it's just none of it was that captivating.
One thing I do appreciate about it is that it basically justified how poorly worked The Crystal Empire was (since they stuff about restoring the Crystal Heart to prevent the snowstorm from engulfing the city is essentially the same conflict as in The Crystal Empire but without a sentient evil being the "antagonist", demonstrating how hollow Sombra was). Also the subplot was kind of nice.
