Pone society would thus be more focused on promoting long-term relationships with a continuous supply of love, as opposed to short, unreliable bursts of starry eyes, and would also be less likely to confuse the two since the former has a very tangible effect in their world. As a result, the pones that grew up in that society would naturally be little romantics at heart, at least by our standards.
