The cards don't scramble every time you check her, but they do reset to face down again - so you need to remember where the pairs you've already found are. Every time you check what she's up to and yell at her, she rests for a couple of seconds then starts raising her hoof towards the milk a little bit quicker than last time. You just have to really note where the pairs you found already are, turn those over and find some more, check and repeat. It's very do-able, you just have to be fast.
