Well it depends. I live in Eastern Yurop so everyone here is white, except for gypsies who live on the fringes of society and whom pretty much everyone hates - and I can't say without reason. So I don't really have any negative experiences with non-whites, other than gypos of course.
In general, east Asians are pretty much accepted cuz they're seen as hard working, and they always fit in our society. Blacks and muslims were fine too, cause they were in our univerities studying to become doctors and such.
But when migrants started flowing through my country, the majority of people developed an intense suspicion towards anyone who was less than snow white. Though Asians are still seen as okay. I'm not entirely certain whether this is okay or not.
One one hand, Western Europe shows that multiculturalism is a joke. That islam is cancer. (in fact probably all religions are, but lets not get into that).
