Her full name is Swing Time, but everyone calls her Swing. She plays with a few local bands in Canterlot or Manehattan, depending on the season. Her qt mark is a contrabass, which is her primary instrument, and she plays with her wings instead of her hooves for most performances, a style that she helped pioneer.
She's the fun-loving type, but professional enough to not get too carried away on gig nights or in polite company.

This is Dys Foria, she has constant illusions that she is a perfect alicorn, but is actually a pretty ugly earth pony. Her defining feature is a very unpronounced chin and dirty, slick hair. Her coat is a shit green with a shit brown.
She is obsessed with Twilight and stalks her from a far, since she was able to ascend to alicornhood.
She has a lot of anxiety, a god complex, and is severly paranoid of other ponies. Her cutie mark is of clouds, since she always has her head in the clouds. She is a hoarder and her house(government provided) is a mess and covered in news paper articles of Twilight Sparkle and the other princesses.

Alternative Universe - Equestria as an action RPG game. Duh.
Character - teen unicorn that lost his memories (Duh) and was thrown in the human world when he was like 6 years old, was found who knows where by a group of mercenaries (Duh) and kinda got stuck with them in the small war between two small countries? I need to work on that.
Point is, he had to kill a lot in order to survive and return with those mercenaries to big world and there via rumors and flashbacks find that goddamn statue and return to Equestria when he was around 14.
Currently serves to princesses as an agent for unusual tasks.
Mostly to investigate stuff that's too important to ignore but not important enough for royalty to actually go there.
Personality - usually a cheerful kid, but trip to human world has taught him to throw all emotions away when necessary.
Casually walks and gallops on all four, but normally runs on two legs (habit from being human)
Usual equipment:
Soft boots on the back hooves for muffled movement.
Long black coat, modified to be used as wingsuit (bottom of the coat get straped to the boots)
Combat knife on the left side of the belt.
Sawed off M79 on the right hip - souvenir from human world. Used as a point of focus for spells, because for someone who never had magic before it's easier to charge with power something that's supposed to shoot that to actually cast spells out of the horn.

My Reindeer
This is her. I don't know what I'll name her, but I know pretty much everything else about her.
She's a 19 year old Reindeer Doe with uncommon colors, born in the whitetail woods.
She found her scarves and the sled on an old abandoned hiking path while searching for food with her family.
She's very happy and outgoing towards exotic creatures, like Sheep, Zebras, and Gryphons, but she fears Pones because she believes the Deer Folklore that Pones hunt deer for their antlers is true. In her universe, that was previously true, but hunting deer was banned nationwide because the Deer fled to remote and potentially dangerous forests for refuge. They don't know Pones stopped because they've secluded themselves for so long.

Sorry for the delay.
This is Hyperion. He's a 20 year old unicorn stallion born on October 7th, 1995, and raised in Manehattan.
Hyperion lived out to 18 years of age in Manehattan with his parents. He spent this time mainly at school and at home, mostly because he didn't grasp that much of a basic understanding of city life.
He doesn't have a collar because he's a pet, but because of a family tradition that runs for generations. Every first born child of a generation of descendants in his family gets an accessory with their birthstone on it. He just decided he wanted a collar instead of the usual necklace or bracelet. Because of his birth date, his birthstone pendant on his collar is an Opal.
As a young teenager, he had insecurities about his lack of colors. He soon decided to try on his mother's old dresses from when she was his age on. He found this to be his talent, and that's why his cutie mark is an assortment of feminine clothes. Needless to say, it was hard to explain to his parents when they found out.
Since he was 18, he moved to Ponyville for a more modest life. He's found his living being a crossdressing fashion model.
He's also yet to find true love, so he's a kiss less virgin.like all of you.

Name: Shambles
Talent: Former magician, specializing in healing spells for deadly diseases. Backstory: In an attempt to create a perfect cure-all, he tested a spell on himself that rendered him incapable of death. After numerous failed attempts to alleviate the spell, he lay himself in a secluded grave, putting himself into a voluntary coma to hopefully wait the spell off, or wait until a cure was found. He waited for so long, he physically began to decompose while still alive, leaving only half of his horn and his ears. The time spent in total darkness left him blind.
The bell around is neck is the only means of waking him in case a miracle cure is needed, and since his blindness took over, it is also a primitive form of echolocation for him.

I know you didn't ask for this but you're getting it anyway.
Basic spheres. You really need to make up your mind when you're placing facial features. Use your vertical and horizontal axes. You have your muzzle facing downwards but the horizontal axis where your eyes are place on are going UP. If you were going for some weird fisheye lens effect then don't. You need to get familiar with basic stuff before attempting something that complicated. Your eyeshape is odd too. I know the character is crying so the cheeks are folding up into the eye area but again, it looks odd because it looks like the horizontal axis is facing up and shooting backwards. The forehead is way too long as well.
My redline is a bit stylized but maybe it'll better show what's really wrong with your head construction. You have a lot of potential but you need to fix these problems. Don't even draw details until you get the features placed correctly. Draw from the show. It helps.

I myself made an "oc" in a pony creator, but for me it's hard to consider it an original character and I'm not proud of it at all, it's just an use of alreadly existing assets mashed together, I felt even more talentless after I've done it.
I was trying to draw but I can't do it, I feel too bad to actually ask talented people to do my work for me. I dunno, maybe it's just me who has this attitude and it's probably not the right one to have.

That would imply a person has some kind of inclination to draw. A lot of people don't. I sure as fuck didn't. I just picked up a sketch book and pencil and began drawing. It's a skill that has to be honed over time by lots and lots of drawing. Tons of bad drawings. Tons of mistakes and failures.
In the context of saying someone has "talent" they're usually implying that it's a skill that they just pulled out of their ass. People throw around the word "talent" and it really bastardizes how much time and effort artists (ANY artist, not just draftsmen) put into their works.
There are so many people have this idea that art is something you can or can't do and that isn't the case. My entire point was that you need to draw to get better at drawing. YOU may know this. Others don't.
