I was in that thread defending it as being creative content that happened to be driven by audience participation and there were a few people stirring up a ruckus against them as "roleplaying". I'd think the amount of arguing in that thread alone (which was deleted while the thread remained by the way) contributed much quicker to the thread getting noticed. So regardless that Raggie didn't put text in the post at all, the images were still probably seen by moderation and they made a decision that the images didn't break any rules. Though just to be on the safe side, the artist should definitely consider replying within the images, like Raggie does.
I stand by Healthy Candy threads in the same vein and think they should be perfectly allowable as an interactive contribution.Although I sure hope the artist isn't still underage. It's the current year! Who isn't 18+ in the current year?!

I quite frankly do not care for the OC Raggie nor any of the narrative behind the threads about her, but I will defend the allowance of users to 'have fun' if the thing in particular they're having fun with isn't a blatant violation of the rules and is intrinsically creative or adds value to the community.
