it was a smaller 750,000 thousand one. i bought a small house, and i can easily live off the winnings.
it's good because i only use the winnings to pay the bills. with interest, it helps keep the money amount constant, but it's a gradual decrease that'll last me decades. i only have a job to buy fun stuff like pc parts and gamesand it gives me something to do, and i get to keep all my money from the paycheck without it going to bills.

Working off of a flight scholarship, unless I can stretch 10k$ out into my private pilot's lisence, instrument training, and whatever allows me to train other pilots, I'm staying on the ground.
If I can do it, I can make money off of CFI or CFII training until I can pay for my CPL, ATP, and multi-engine rating.
Once I get that, I can get a job at Delta (After I get a bachelor's in aerospace science) easily if my uncle who works there still has any pull by then. He probably won't so I'll have to hope my merit will make me stand above the rest. Which it probably won't, I'll be competing with ex-air force/navy pilots with years of experience.
All so I can fly for long hours in a cramped cockpit of a commercial plane because I know it's the only way I'll ever be able to be happy and have enough money to live comfortably.

As a private single engine land fag, $10,000 will not get you more than a PPL in most cases. Also, instructors dont make very much. Mine works another job on the side and spends all day doing tours and glider flights with her commercial. Well, she has three kids too, so factor that in.
If you're lucky you can get up to a commercial with about 20,000 and try to get hired on with a tour center, and work up to CFI or ATR from there.
Remember that if you can get into a big flight school you will get hired by an airline and you will be able to pay off debts.

Extremely? I would not think so. Physiologically speaking the main differences we can observe are additions to the predetermined pony form. The pony form and biology closely resembling that of real life works. So taking that into account I wouldn't expect every aspect to be different. So we can easily assume that anything based off of a predetermined form is going to have similarities. Especially something as important as circulatory systems and nervous systems. Now I am not saying they are purely flash. For something like this to work in any reality, magic or no magic, the biology of this creature would be extraordinarily complex but again not that different.
Take insects for example. Based off of their fossils found millions of years ago, their physical appearance has changed but the same schematic seems to be applied through evolution. Open circulatory system. Chitin and shells instead of skin. As well as bulging and arthropod eyes. Now this is just a generalization but it serves as an example.
I would assume plane ponies would be relatively close, biologically speaking, to our magical talking equine in a biological sense. Eyes to see and ears to hear. I think one of the differences though would have to be metabolic. A certain way their internal organs breakdown and process materials in such a way that would give them the attributes we adore. Wings rotors and etc. it would be in their DNA/RNA which isn't that complex if you think about it. The amount of genetic code it takes to make a human being is less than a gigabyte. Simply put I believe, personal opinion, it would only be logical to assume it's biology is close to equine.

I intended PX-1A to be a slightly simpler version of Drone, as he was the first model and the most basic.
In this cyberpunk world he deals with feelings of inadequacy and anxiety as he is a throwback to late 90's era tech in a futuristic world.
