To add onto this if you're going to use that horizontal axis to place your features then it needs to be perpendicular to your vertical axis. The ellipse that makes up the horizontal axis is way too skewed. It needs to be 90 degrees at any head position/tilt or your features will look "off." Eventually you'll learn when you can break these rules but at these early stages it's important to be aware and consistent.

Well like in >>27245107 a lot of your works have a consistent issue of looking as if they're leaning. The last one coincidentally had your character leaning against a wall which is fine but you can see how I assumed you had made the pose wonky again. It's a tough thing to rectify but I would recommend flipping your canvas periodically to check for symmetry.

Cute pose though a colored in pupil might look less strange. Lines in her mane and tail would help them look less flat and if those construction lines are in pencil, and you lined in pen, you could erase the pencil better for a cleaner end result. Still a cute pic overall
