My predictions for this episode is that the brother is actually very helpful around fluttershy's house (unlike the Breezies) and makes an effort to not find a job/use his skills to find a job by doing all of FS errends and tries to get along with Discord even though he's terrified of him.
I remember someone saying that the art FS had during the Halloween episode might've been from her brother rather than drawn by her so maybe FS brother is actually an amateur artist and doesn't want to try making a new style of comics(manga).
