If you really want to, find a good one, choose a con Larson is going to (pic related), and make a thread early enough to get the pillow on time, in which you organize pooling the money and getting the pillow to someone who's ready to have it sent to him and able to give it to Larson at the con.
It worked for scarves, it can work for this. However I'm not sure Larson would appreciate it, I don't know him well enough to say where his limits are. I know Peter New would probably have fun with a lewd Cheerilee pillow.
Also Rarity may or may not be better for Larson.
