A real power rush would come from physically beating someone. Real helplessness isn't being held under someone's thumb, but being allowed to stand just to be pushed down again. You defeat them utterly, you prove your power and superiority through brute strength. People don't truly fear rapists, they fear serial killers. They fear death, not the thought of fleshy gonads slapping against their leg.
