To be honest I see 4 fin potential choices
Trixie - waifu / favourite pony, got my fingers crossed for her
Lightning Dust - almost killed twilight and her friends so you can probably understand why she could be a posible candidate
Sunset Shimmer - the last likely of the four candidates, already reformed, comes from a complete different universe so isn't really considered canon in the FiM universe, the way she's changed over the films and twilight witnessing this first hand means she likes Sunset and would if anything promote working with starlight
