Same with Cadance, for love or because the Crystal Empire also got her life increased from normal 'till when whatever she represents dies down
And then we get to Twilight, >pic related, what if she may not outlive her 'friends' because as long she has A friend she cant die since she is the princess of friendship? And also not just the m6 but any friend at all would extend her life if this was the case.

The books never explicitly said that Celestia and Luna were born alicorns. It just says they were alicorns when Starswirl found them and they were already adults by then. We don't know where they came from before that.

A. Celestia and Luna aren't naturally immortal, they do/did something to keep themselves from aging.
B. Twilight and Cadance aren't the same or aren't truly alicorns (they lack or are weak in the earth pony department)
