If it's in a slaughter house I think fluttershy might actually be the most understanding, but probably a little put off.
I mean we've seen her bring cooked meat to carnivores. She, if anyone out of the cast, understands the whole circle of life thing better than any other. But like I said she may be unsettled by the sheer amount that need to be killed and the ways it is done.
If it's something else like pet euthanasia she'd probably dislike it.
If you're a hunter then it depends on whether it's for food or sport.

I know, like I said she might not like the means and would definitely feel we should treat the handling of animals better or tone down the meat industry (because really the biggest reason we need to make so much is because people just like eating meat), but I think she'd understand that to a point it's necessary.
