Wouldn't the tail's base be in front of her right cheek? An ordinary pony's dock wouldn't go down that low, but this tail is thick enough that I think it would.
Maybe draw lines on the underside going down to meet her ponut, too, with a more substantial "under the tail" area. You may have to raise the angle slightly to make it work. But as it stands, it seems like it's just floating behind her or falling off her hip.

The red section needs to be much longer, the blue section should probably be shorter. I assume you were trying to make the hind legs look half cartoon and half like an actual horse's where the section between the thigh and main leg par is longer and more curved? It's hard for artists to make that work without it looking odd, i'd say just try to keep to the show style for the time being if mlp ponies is your end goal.
Your lines are really shakey, do you draw with a mouse? If not do you have tremors or just make your lines very slowly?
Also I would say work more on your shapes and anatomy before getting into perspective, if you don't have a solid grasp with those it's not going to go well trying to draw altered perspectives.
I'm curious to see what one of your finished pieces looks like, would you mind posting one?

Honestly i've seen worse from an absolute beginner, if you keep at it, draw every day, study the required knowledge and keep trying new things I could see you easily becoming pretty damn good by the end of the year. The only thing you need is persistence, I believe in you. I'd say don't just limit yourself to drawing ponies though, it's never really a good idea to only be learning from a cartoon style. Do lots of life drawing if you aren't already, it honestly helps to tune your mind into how art works, any art including cartoons.
Also i'd recommend not bothering doing line art with mouse. Stick to traditional or snag a drawing tablet. If you're in the US you can snag a decent intuos for less than a hundred bucks. Don't bother getting something overly fancy, the expensive ones are really only needed for professionals and what have you , a good intuos draw should be all you need. I used to draw with a mouse and while it's possible to get lines that are clean and smooth it's still far too much work for something ultimately overshadowed by a tablet.

Not that guy but be aware of proportions. Dont feel bad if you don't understand right away. Learning to draw well comes with lots and lots of practice. Be prepared to not see solid results for a few months. Just be confident that you're slowly developing your artist's brain. Every mark adds to your total mileage and that's priceless.

I've had a busy week as well. You can do what I am and do general drawing exercises for 20-45 minutes a day before you take off.

I'm glad to hear the consistency. I had a few weeks of binge-drawing for hours a day and then losing all my steam unmotivated to pick up a pencil for 2 weeks. I'm sticking to the 'at least a page of this general exercise' to keep myself connected to art in some way' commitment. Always attempting ponies and having them come out potato'fied can put a dent in the motivation after a while for me. These sorts of exercises are a great solid way of working towards art goals with eye hand coordination and showing the fruits of your labor more consistently

Part of art is learning about yourself. Personally, I know about how many hours I can study and draw while being really focused before pooping out. I take small breaks every 30-45 minutes. I can draw and stay focused all day if I pad out my drawing sessions so that I stay interested.
Take some time away from your drawings even if it's for a minute or two. You'll come back to it refreshed.
This may seem super obvious but you need to eat and drink. You may not realize it but when you're doing intense drawings or studies you're using your body's resources. Your mind needs to stay energized as if you were an athlete. You have to be a biologist, a scientist, and an artist all at once and that can be draining.
