Hi, guys, how’s it going? I’m doing this again because I like to be consistent.
As you can pretty clearly see if you can read, these responses were gathered over the last six hours via strawpoll, just the same as last time.
We got 287 ratings in that time, with the average rating being 7.00. Apparently /mlp/ likes fucking with me and making numbers far rounder than they have any right to be. The mode was 8, meaning that more Anons rated this episode as an 8 than any other specific number. And as an interesting bit of data to add I will also mention that 80.8% of Anons rated the episode as being somewhere between a 6 and a 10, whereas only 19.2% rated it as being somewhere between a 1 and a 5.
For the sake of remaining the impartial data monkey I won't say anything past that. Though to disclose any bias I may have, I will state that I also rated this as a 6.

Depends on what you define as having meaning. I'm a nihilist so nothing really matters to me, but to be honest I would rather see people posting original content and things with philosophical content. Me? I'm just posting numbers, cold, soulless numbers that have no real context to the human condition besides some grunting gut instinct that's half forgotten in our prefrontal cortex that says that things must be understood without any inkling as to why.
In a more ideal world I would post this and it would get bumped off the board after a small bit of exposure whereas more significant things would take their place. However that's not the reality that we are confronted with and I chose to do nothing to change that aside from making occasional bits of content when the mood strikes me. Even then it's rarely my own work from whole cloth, but more just something borrowed and something made.
