I don't hate the basic concept of her. In fact going into the episode I was willing to give her a chance. But the episode somehow did everything in it's power to make her shit.

I was fine with the whole Alicorn baby. But the whole 'only Alicorn born in Equestria' line called into question so much shit about Celestia and Luna. This combined with them being totally powerless against a bunch of fucking clouds (along with the general devaluation another Alicorn existing brings) makes it one of the single most damaging episode to the Princess' image since A Canterlot Wedding.

Oh god. I think the Animators were desperately trying to make Flurry as ugly as humanly possible. Not only is her deformed body and giant mutant wings bad enough, but all her expressions such as the OP made her look either evil or like an abomination of nature. She did not look cute at all even though her design (colors and mane at least) is pretty cute. I'd say she looks better than Constanza. But she was just so horrible looking that I doubt any little girl would want to buy a toy of her if they watched the episode

The show runners resigned from making Snip&Snail becasue of their annoying characters. They should do the same with every Crystal Empire story.
