The only decent one among them is Soarin'. While the rest of the Wonderbolts were braying for blood like the jackasses they were when RD was framed, he was the only one of them to give her a shot to prove herself innocent. We saw them actually destroying the clouds as they closed in, even Rainbow Dash tried helping towards the climax, but they showed that the longer they fought off the clouds, the more the clouds would slowly freeze your body. I think it would be silly to suggest their delay did nothing to hold back the weather long enough for the spells to be found and executed.
