Okay, I got it.
Assuming a chubby 90 kilogram Emily and a normal 45 kilogram Keksandra, and assuming that Emily's top speed is 8 metres per second whilst Keksandra's is 6 metres per second.
Emily's kinetic energy: (90/2)*(8^2) = 45 * 64 = 2880 J
Keksandra's kinetic energy: (45/2)*(6^2) = 22.5 * 36 = 810 J
However, Emily has the ability to >rape on the fly, adding 300 J to her, making 3180 J.
