Perhaps if the fandom wasn't started out of autistic(inactively asocial mute manchildren) then we would have had more of an uproar like other fandoms do when their favorite media is being crapped on by a talentless shmuck.
Maybe the uproar and distaste for this terrible media would have fueled their revenge and creativity. Through numerous platforms advocating for criticism and alternate canons for the episodes represented by short art skirts, comic books, written books. Through their motivation, hard work, lust for righteousness and returning to their pony drug, they would have eventually had a full grown animation worth 50k dollars handled by real talented people, not just canucks.
But this is the fandom that enjoyed to animate the same old 3D pony models through Source Filmmaker for 5 years, because none of them could be arsed to create new ones.
The same fandom that would enjoy creating 8 distinct replicas of Ponyville and never release the assets for public use. No such thing as a common rights project being contributed on along the years till it reaches completion.
So I keep wondering myself, why the hell do I even bother expressing my distaste for this cartoon show, when 99.999% completely disagree that season 2's episodes were garbage.

I hate Faustfags. While I agree season 1 is the best season, it is not only to her credit. I think people like to forget that while she's at the top, it took quite a few peoples efforts to get the show to be good. Just look at episode 1 and 2 which were written by Lauren. They weren't very great and we're rather generic.
