I think that should be up to the game's maker but generally it's better if the game is either up front about it or at least heavily implies that this is where it's going.of course having it so that this is something the characters never even considered a possibility is also nice sometimes.
one thing I wish more porn games did in general was give the player some preferential settingsie: male player or female player, male enemies, female enemies or a mix, an ability to sub out a fetish based enemy's moves for less fetish based ones and so on.
Akaburs witch trainer (not princess) is top level lewd game imo.
Pokehidden's was good too till be abandoned the fan base.
