Second line says "You came into my life", you probably referring to friends of some sort (Common thematic threat of this franchise is friendship), or possibly some important individual. It's supposed to be nebulous so anybody can relate to it. Making the stars align basically means that everything had become right in ones life, what was wanted or anticipated came to be. Again another nebulous statement that's easily relatable to the audience.
Third line is basically saying that one can literally see the evidence, see the mark, see the indication of some event occurring, relating to the previous statement of the stars aligning. "I can now see the signs of things getting better".
Last line is saying that said friend or individual makes them feel better when they're down (sad, angry, in trouble, whatever) "You pick me up when I get down", last part "so I can shine" means so I can be myself and be comfortable, shine is used because it is a lyrical motif in this particular instance, the title of the song is Shine Like Rainbows.

Id call it like the most angelic song, taking lots of influence from gospel music. It's certainly very emotional, like maybe the most emotional, but it's like a different kind of emotional from songs like Friendship Through The Ages. FTTA is sort of sad and cathartic, yet hopeful at the same time. This song to me is more celebratory and conclusive if that makes sense.
If you find it to be the most emotional that's completely fair, that would depend on what affects you emotionally the most.
