If you want to wear dress shirts that's fine but don't wear something that formal. That collar is MADE to be buttoned up completely and be accompanied with a tie. The shirt says you came from something formal and have been wearing your shirt all day and are really wanting to take it off. The pants confuse me because the color isn't formal at all.
Buy some Oxford shirts. Maybe short sleeve. Ties are optional. The shoes are fine. Make sure you have some black shoe polish for them.
