For an image like that you're gonna need a monitor with portrait mode and a pivoting stand. Then go fullscreen on whatever iamge viewer you're using.

ugh the irfan view is fucking weird when it comes to zooming in you have to use ctrl to do it without flipping to another pic and even then you can only go in and out not side to side
