I'm thinking she might be a bit preoccupied with trying to be ideal. Like, she's the kind that over thinks little details and worries about small problems a ton.
There are a couple stray hairs in her design, so maybe some signs of anxiety?
But for the most part, I think she'd be a kind pony. Since she's always trying to do her best, she would try to be the best to others, you know?
I'm trying not to overthink this as it's not a character I see myself using a ton, but those are my thoughts. Any other ideas?

Anxiety pony, trying really hard to struggle to be ideal, while the world marches on with more advanced browsers. Maybe a little denial on her part and a little delusion? Those problems she worries about could be little ones to distract her from big ones; like worrying about how friendly she is and ignoring how slow she is.
Kind but slightly unhinged sounds kinda hot.
