If she had to have a duffel bag to hide in, then she is at least 4 feet tall. Which is close to the imagined size of these little ponies. Even the staff have said that they made them around that size on purpose and thought it was impressive that people used the apples to judge their size. It's stayed incredibly consistent too and the Horse that was seen in the music video matched real horse sizes when using the apple method as well, so it's pretty accurate. 3' 7" or so. Which means that Twilight would come up to the average persons waist at head height. Rearing, she would be able to put her hooves on your chest and she probably weights around 80-100 pounds.
