I had depression, anxiety disorder and paranoia a year ago but I managed to grow out of all of it, I actually feel happy IRL.
And since I want everyone here to be happy too, I'll tell you all what to do.
Just try to balance things up in your life, try not to let internet addiction get the best of you, go outside and try to be more social you'll find out that making friends is ridiculously easy and having these people in life actually make it more worthy and enjoyable overall.
