While it might function for you to save all images onto your desktop and then putting them into folders, it looks ugly as fugg. Save it to a 4chan folder in documents or something and then organize it from there. The guy might also hate you just because you have a mac (apple is a shit company, but the os x operating system is quite good when you don't need all the big games tbqh).

Eh, yeah, but there ARE legit advantages and disadvantages. You still can't get Skyrim, Fallout, Warframe, STALKER, etc natively on Mac or Linux (even if some of them run perfectly in Wine).
Similarly, Windows has a shit kernel, file system, and a bunch of other stuff nobody except Linux users care about. And viruses. And NSA backdoors. The list goes on, but it has good Nvidia and AMD graphics drivers (versus Linux and OSX). So even a perfect port is still going to run faster in Windows vs the other two systems (except for Left4Dead).
OSX has fantastic power management, good support for most of the non-gaming stuff Windows users do, some really nice exclusive programs (Sketch, Logic, Final Cut). And it's a Unix system to boot. BSD userspace, so no GNU Grep, but still, mostly compatible with all the good Linux stuff (just look at Homebrew).
Linux is the most stable (OpenBSD is better there but supports pretty much only Thinkpads), clean, and customizable of the three. Plus, it has much better programming tools than any of the others. Better for servers and power users. Has noob scrub options too. Okay support for video editing, god-tier for creative 3D and 2D stuff (Blender and Krita), shit-tier for CAD and most given niche engineering programs. Lacks a *good* photo editor on the level of Photoshop. Gimp is just *okay.* Shitloads of choices for everything else; if you're not a gamer, you can live inside Linux just fine for literally everything, but you'll suffer in some places. Better battery life than Windows, assuming you install TLP. Not gonna touch server stuff except to say it's literally the best option, no questions (along with *BSD).
And yeah, that's pretty much it. If you're browsing the web and writing papers, it's best done on Linux, but Windows and OS X are both perfectly capable of it as well. Anything else is a tossup.
I run all 3, and I enjoy using them for their respective purposes. So. You know. Take it as you will.

Also, as for the viruses thing, while it's much safer than it has been in the past, you're still much better off using a repository-based system, like Linux distros and *BSD (I know *BSD is different, but it's still the same basic idea). Using a web browser to download installers is literally the worst way to get software online.

Something to mention, though, is it is very easy to install a bootcamp windows 7 onto mac if you know what you're doing. Almost concluding that Mac can be a better choice, considering you can have Windows on a Mac, but not the other way around, being able to do both gaming and studio .etc work with ease.
As you said there is preference to it, but just strengthening the point here that it's cringy when windowfags scream "REEEEEEEEE APPLE" when it's not far from what they use.

Yeah, basically, it's all software, use what you like. I was talking about software specifically, not hardware. OS X can be installed on other things as well (read: hackintosh), but you're right in saying it's much easier to get a Mac and install Windows.
Personally, though, I'm purchasing a Thinkpad x201 soon. Gonna run my Ganoo Plus Lanecks on it because I actually love using it.And I'm gonna rice the hell out of it with ponies

The only way you can "rice" on windows is using rainmeter. I used geektool in >>25779952 to try and make os x look nice, but it was called a "bad rice".

Pretty much. Windows is more customizable because themes, but literally 99% of themes for Windows are shit.
And see, the wallpaper and terminal are actually pretty nice, it's just the weird bar thing (white and then red and then black lines) looks pretty ugly, and the font choice on the music notifier is bad. Other than that, though, it actually looks pretty good.
But yeah, the only option for a genuinely gorgeous rice is Linux. Everything else is mostly patch jobs.
