I'm pretty sure that when people here use the word "autism" they refer primarily to the observable side-effects of overly strong focus on particular topics and an apparent inability to adapt to normal expectations of social interaction including "shut the fuck up, no one cares."

Honestly, it IS kind of irritating how the word "autistic" has become a sort of catch-all for anything an anon might happen to disagree with or disapprove of. At this point it's just nonsense noise. Imagine if every time someone said something stupid we responded with "do you have Celiac disease or something?" That's the way this sounds now.
