You guys worry too much. Nick wouldn't get creative control over FiM since it's owned by a different company. Power Rangers airs on Nick, and the only change they put forward was limiting the amount of episodes to 20-22 a year

There's absolutely zero requirements that it stay on Discovery, especially if Hasbro can get better exposure on a bigger kid's channel. Nick is looking for stuff to build it's lineup anyway.
