I got this book a few days back, and I wanted to know what /mlp/ thinks of it.
Personally I don't think it was as good as The Elements of Harmony book or the Journal of the Two Sisters. Only the map was really interesting.

It's a good look inside the inner workings of the art and production team at DHX.
In my opinion, if you're an artist or interested in how the visuals are made for a major cartoon the book is totally worth the money. There's lots of concept sketches and looks into behind-the-scenes shit.

It was okay. I expected a bit more from it, but I still enjoyed reading it anyway. Concept art always puts a smile on my face. I thought the storyboards of the Twilight vs Tirek fight were pretty interesting to see, especially the moments the cut from the final version.
Just got it from amazon for $15. Only went through the first few pages but am impressed so far. I think the concept drawings will actually help me drawpony because I am bad at it.
