Parchment is the best thing I could come up with. Another idea is maybe Equestria bans circuses, and the Mane 6 meet a wild animal trainer of some sort. At any rate, I've always wanted the series to deal with the idea of obsolescence. What happens when the thing you've worked on, you've strived for all your life suddenly stops existing?
