She apperantly freaked out while I was working Thursday and mauled my sister.
Sister had to get 19 stitches in her face.
My dog had a small history of doin stuff like this in the past
(Occasional nip or two) but shes never done something this bad.

That's a pitbull mix isn't it? They're unstable as shit. My mom had one once. It flipped out and she ended up locking herself in the bathroom to get away from it and called my grandfather to get it under control. Eventually it started pissing and shitting everywhere and she had to give it up.

It's not always like that.
My uncle has had four dogs during his life. All of them were educated the same way and none except one were aggressive at all. That one one day mauled another dog and then tried to attack my uncle.
Some animals have mental disorders just like us. It's true that a lot of times shit owners don't bother to educate them properly and that causes the disorders, though.
