I have a few shitty fanfic readings I've edited and just never uploaded. we started a channel and that didnt seem to fit. As for the team splitting, thats not that bad, I thought you meant it got taken and someone else took credit. Things like this work better with groups of friends IRL expanding their work to /mlp/. long distance never works out well without that personal connection. With friends we talk like every day so even when we forget to work on projects we dont lose contact and interest, and its easy to pick up where we left off

We'd just split up the song into fourteen 10-second parts. Give each those fourteen parts to fourteen anons. It doesn't take that long to animate something 10 seconds long, maybe a month or two depending on everyone's schedules.
It doesn't have to be show quality, it just has to be fun, and each anon can animate in whatever style they want which'll make the whole thing faster since everyone won't have to learn to animate in one specific way.
