As an established QM and a HUGE fan of TFH (backed the shit out of it and everything), I can honestly say I don't think it's a good idea to run a TFH CYOA.
There just isn't enough lore out there to extrapolate a strong base setting from, even with the 6th lore entry out. We would at least need the game to come out first. To see what the hell the predators are actually like, to see how the conflict at the end of the game is resolved and how it affects the world as a whole, etc. etc.
Right now the base setting is stuck at a point of conflict. Meaning your CYOA would either have to deal with that conflict, which makes it very limited, or try to imagine a world before or after said conflict, of which far too little has been described. At that point you would be making up so much that it starts to lose the point of being a TFH CYOA. If you change too much, the question becomes "Why couldn't you just use the MLP setting for this instead?"
And that's not even getting into popularity. If there's no one playing a CYOA, there's not much of a point to running it. It doesn't seem like a good idea to run a CYOA that's going to have a limited appeal when it's hard enough to get players as it is.
