So in JAD I recall it being discussed that we could set up the inn for ponies to be able to pick up some food and head to work or some such. I had a thought that expanded upon that. We're largely free from morning till lunch rush. We could set up a delivery service to the miners. Whispy carries some sandwiches and food out there, takes the next day's orders, and heads back in. Because it'd all be made prior to our rushes we get more revenue without adding to the rush.
If it becomes popular, or we decide we need our little waitress too much, we can buy a small cart and pay one of the miners' sons to make the delivery for pocket change. It could also expand to going out to farms or anywhere with a large enough group that wants it.

>>25527525If you went south there would have been different raids to other places, starting with the fortress where Pam's brother was kept prisoner. Depending of when you went, you could have ended in different ways. You might not have catched the demon's attention at all, or you might have chosen not to meet the challenge. Eventually you'd fight stronger enemies until I had found a proper ending, I don't plan these all the way, only the general lines, creative writing is how I enjoy CYOAs.
Also cragponies have the same lifespan as other races.

The answer is that it depends on how retarded it is.
If it's a button that says 'press this button and die' and its surrounded with skeletons that each have left notes saying 'i should not have pressed the button' then yes, kill them.
In general, the damage of a drap is related to how obvious it is. If you do something really subtle, then it should not one-shot a party member unless there are a ton of opportunities for the players to mitigate. All traps should have something the players can react too though.
