If they're preparing for the fight, then Twilight would win anyways. She'd have god knows how many potions, charged up artifacts, and weapons going.

Let's assume that they're not totally bloodthirsty and they still have their senses so they decide to gang up on Twilight. The first thing that'll happen is that Twilight is going to throw up a shield around herself and fly, so she's only dealing with dash, flutters, and maybe rarity. I don't think Rarity's done anything more powerful than simple levitation, so she's going to be a fraction as powerful as Twilight and consequently a nuisance at best.
Flutters is trying to do her stare, but since Twilight is smart she has her eyes shut or is making absolute certain that she doesn't look anywhere near Fluttershy.
This is where the first choice that isn't obvious occurs. Is RD smart enough to realize that she doesn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of getting through the shield? Because she doesn't, judging by the massive fuckoff shield Shining made around Canterlot that he managed to maintain for a while even while it was being attacked by hundreds of changelings AND Chrysalis was messing with his head.
If she does realize that, she going to try to do a sonic rainboom. If Dash isn't currently beating on Twilight's shield, that means she can drop it and grab ahold of RD so she can't fly away. She can almost definitely do this since she's demonstrated multiple times that her magic has decent range and she doesn't need to be looking at something to grab it.
Now Flutters is viciously beating on her since her eyes are closed and Twilight is experiencing mild discomfort. She squishes Dash with her magic, then kills the rest of them.
Alternatively, as soon as the fight begins Twilight does the biggest AOE magic blast she can and kills everyone except maybe Dash if she's fast enough, but she just gets grabbed.
The only way I can see them winning is if Pinkie does some bullshit, but I don't think she can actually cheat when it matters. She's only done it for fun on the show.

If it's an all out battle to the limits without CIS, then it will be Ponk. She's basically a Discord (or even higher) level god;
second is 4-princess power Twilight cuz magics and shit;

After that it's most likely Inspiration Manifestation Rarity;
Dash may be either seriously higher or equal to AJ based on how much punishment AJ can endure, and how much brute strength she can show.
Regular Alicorn Twilight again may be both seriously stronger or weaker than both AJ and Dash, based on how difficult is to break her CC skills with brute force.
Usual Rara has some geomancer potential, but it wasn't shown much, yet she has some CQC skills, so she's still above Fluttershy, even if we count a gimmick like "the Stare" as it still only works like a CC.

They were directly shown in at least three episodes I can remember: "Feeling Pinkie Keen", "It's All About Time" and "The Mysterious Mare Do Well". Also, it was kinda shown in the first EQG movie in "just a hunch" moments.
And, desu, so far the most disastrous situation that required her to explicitly use the precognition was the one in "The Mysterious Mare Do Well", as this was pretty much the only time other horses were in danger of the actual imminent death, and couldn't be saved in an other way.

I think it would. The result depends mostly on possibility of breaking Twilight's usual telekinetic grip via force. If it's doable, RD has pretty realistic chances against Twilight. Simply because RD is a legimate fighter, and Twilight while knows few tricks is by no mean an actual battle mage.
RD vs AJ is pretty much decided by whether AJ can withstand one full-power drop from RD. If she can, she'll probably just break the raibow horse.

There are three "literal gods" in MLP shown so far, and Twilight isn't one of them. All her "literal god" feats belong to the short period whe she was powered by three princesses, with two of them BEING literal gods.
Teleporting someone on the moon is a feat so far achieved only by Celestia who used The Elements to do so. And The Elements are OP. And while Twilight might be more efficient at using power, she's still nowhere close to the level of either Celestia or Luna in terms of pure might.
She's considerably above usual unicorn level, but not unreachably so. She didn't wtfstomped Starlight Glimmer, who's just a unicorn. And damned Sombra was a threat even to Celestia and Luna.
