I should have probably added for people to give a reason as to why. For me (OP), I chose something that has a soft touch to it with a hazy sound as the ponies will begin to fade into memory starting with that day. It has both sad and happy elements through the song as the ride is over and there will not be anymore new episodes, but the memories of how happy and fun the show is will still linger on, even if they get a little hazy.
Sounds like it would be fitting.
