I can see by now that you really don't know how to present an argument. Let me help. I'll quote a few of the most common ones and explain why they're wrong.
"It keeps people from being productive."
I know a man who watches MLP and keeps a full-time, highly paying job working on computer engineering. He has also been married for over 20 years and is a father to several children. Clearly, one can watch the show and lead a productive life.
"It's for little girls."
Entirely apart from the fact that the intended audience of a work does not rule out any other potential viewers, this is wrong on a factual level. The creator of the show, Lauren Faust, stated on numerous occasions that it was meant to be enjoyable by adults and children of either gender. Going by this, it is safe to say that FiM has reached exactly the audience it was intended for.
"It's meant to sell toys."
Did you know that E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory were both used in part to sell candy? This did not stop either film from being received well by audiences as well as critics, and they are considered classics today. Need I also mention The Lego Movie, which was a far more blatant advertisement and met with an overwhelmingly positive reception?
Now, if someone you call "degenerate" can present and address arguments so easily, why can't you?
