I had to go to work that day. Said I didn't give them adequate notice to request time off. Haha. So I knelt down next to his kennel, the one I'd protested against putting him in. I unlatched the door and took him out. My Daschund,mah baby.He just let out low whines and licked me. I told him "I'm so sorry." I hugged the fuck out of him, I smelled him, scratched his ears, kissed his nose and put one of his favorite chew toys in my closet. Then my dad drove him to that wonderful room with the comforting seafoam green tiles and nice people in coats.Fuck you.
