I say give it a miniseries between each season of FiM, with one story arc per series. Not too many resources taken away from the show and it still progresses quickly, but it has more time to go over the details so there aren't as many unanswered questions.

I was really hoping to see Zecora's homeland at some point and know once and for all if all zebras speak in rhyme or if that is only Zecora's thing, just like how Gustave Le Grand is the only griffon in the show so far with a French accent. Hopefully the map sticks arround for season 6 so that episode can eventually happen.

I wasn't hesitant about the thought back when it was a rumor before the EqG movies came out. After or around the time of the first movie I thought eh why not even if it was sparse. Financially I think Hasbro would make bank, but they would have made more bank IMO before S3. Now, I'd say I'd be game to watch it from time to time. I'm still waiting for the show bringing SS into the show for a little. I wonder how this time travel season finale would alter, if anything, in the EqG universe. Twilight would have never brought magic to CH and SS would have stayed a bitch? Idk
