I think DashCord would be more interesting. Discord is way above her simple intelligence so them sharing a common ground in trolling is something that could bond them together in a wierd DumbJock/NastyPrankster relationship.
Pinkie doesn't fit. She wants to make OTHERS smile. She's the embodiment of enjoyable laughter and fun. Discord is about making fun with others with the price of humililating unlucky guy.

You could reaplce literally every aspect of Celestia in this shipping with Luna and would get the same appeal and chemistry. Blandness of Celestia and lack of any outstanding feature for this paiirng is mainly the reason why it doesn't exist anywhere except dislestia fanfiction groups.
