Twilight's parents entrust cadance with looking after twilight for the whole summer. Cadance treats Twilight for good behaviour, and keeping her occupied. Being royalty, cadance gets free meals in the best places in canterlot. Twilight even gets to attend some of the royal banquets - which contain more than enough food for a big pony, let-alone a filly.
Lots of eating ensues over the summer, and Twilight packs on atleast 50lbs, earning her a reputation at school when she returns.
She can no longer fit at her desk and is stuck in her new eating habbits. By the end of the semester, she's a hugely obese fat-faced mare that dwarves her classmates.

Over the years, the two ponies lose contact. Unsuprisingly Twilight's parents decide not to leave their daughter in cadance's 'uncapable hooves'.
Years go by, and Cadance remains the slim and trim pony she always was, but that summer of snacking took it's toll on Twilight, who now hold the reputation of one of Equestria's heaviest mares. Bedbound and completely unable to move under her own strength, Canterlot's royalty arange for a visit to this record-breaking pony, at which cadance and twilight meet again.
Sorry to scrap the interactive thing we had going on, but turns out I just can't keep up with that sort of thing.

This is a WIP sketch I might finish. Depends on my mood. I wish my creativity didn't happen late at night when I have to work at 7 in the morning.
It's somewhat based on my idea of exploiting ponies in some way to make them fat immobile blobs. It's also based one the idea of exploring sci-fi/magitek elements.
I would actually like to make a short comic about the overall idea, if anyone is interested. I hope to make it more of a humorously-absurd and kinky story as a satire on the ever-changing canon of the show.

She's suppose to "pilot" Rarity. It's kinda odd to describe since obviously they can't really move. I have a few convincing reasons as to why they have to pilot the huge blobs (e.g. simply to monitor them from a health and psychological point of view) as opposed to just doing it another way. I think this would allow for a more intimate experience for both the blob and the pilot.
But yeah, I don't wanna ramble on since like I said, the idea is still in the early stage and this isn't "solid" enough.
