Dialogue wheel doesn't bother me that much, I've been playing Fallout 2 recently and the typical number of responses is 4-5. which can be shaved down to 4 without the "Goodbye" response.
now as far as modding will go, I'm interested in how modders will do it, I mean, I'm sure some of the bigger modding groups will pool together some cash to hire the VA's if their contracts will let them do mods for FO4.
but it will indeed make it difficult.

If you do not see what's wrong with that there's no helping it, but I prefer when I know what exactly what character is going to say even if it's only four lines of dialogue. It's not the ammount of lines I can select from, even though that's a problem as well, but because... Well, fuck, this.

Though besides that, the game is running in a (heavily modified)Gamebryo engine (lazy fucks can't even make another new engine) so expect 'skyrim at launch' levels of bugs and glitches when this game comes out.
