Most modern helicopters have several hydraulic systems. So I would assume Plones would be the same. Just as an example a 53 has a utility hydraulic system that is responsible for 11 subsystems by itself. So as you can guess it utilizes a lot of hydraulic fluid.

Tried to sketch digitally without a curve tool. How do you keep your lines so nice hatin?

Two different methods depending what type of line I'm drawing.
The first is I use a low opacity pen or pencil tool and go over the same line a few times until it is dark then erase any ugly edges.
I use this for almost all lines. Over time you also get a nice feel for the shapes and curves of lines you need to draw.
The second is I just keep drawing the line with full opacity pen over and over until it looks good. Often erasing portions of longer lines that didn't turnout so well.
I use this technique for lines that end in sharp corners such as geometry. So not that often in pone.
The only time I use the curve tool is when I get frustrated that I can clean up a line edge.Drawing on FlockMod (Desktop Version, not browser) in the Flockpony room helps me learn a lot about line art and drawing nice lines with out tool aids. You should hop in some time.
