Alright, I'll see if I can do a quick recap of my greentext so far. I'm willing to repost parts 1-7 if you want, but you may have to vote for which part you want reposted the most because I get the feeling some anons might be ticked off if I repost every single part.
Note: In this greentext's canon, Equestria and the places within it are just another location on Earth, and the show MLP:FiM doesn't exist. Anon does not know who Rainbow Dash is before he meets her. I wanted to avoid doing another story where a human gets magically transported there. I prefer to use a non-brony for these types of plotlines.
Part 1: Anon's paranoid boss fired him because Anon accidentally saw his porn stash. He ended up unable to find any new jobs because his old boss was spreading fake rumors about him to other businesses. Anon had to sell his house and decided to move to Ponyville in Equestria since the houses there were cheap, but they were already taken up by the time he got there. Rainbow Dash noticed Anon seemed unhappy, so she flew down to check on him.
Part 2: Anon tried to avoid telling Dash about his situation, but she pressed him enough to get him to confess.
Part 3: Anon told Rainbow Dash about his predicament. She was touched enough that she offered (or maybe even demanded) to take him in until he could manage to get a home of his own again.
Part 4: Fast forward 3 1/2 months; Anon is lying on the couch recollecting his memories of the previous events. He and Dash are now roommates, and they help each other out with various tasks. Dash comes to wake him up for breakfast because he's been sleeping too long.

Part 5: Anon and Dash eat pancakes together and engage in small talk. Anon doesn't mind that his pancake is cold now.
Part 6: More small talk. Dash says that she decided to stay home with Anon today since he doesn't have much to do when she's not around; he is literally incapable of going outside the house unless she carries him.
Part 7: A bit more small talk. They make eye contact, and Anon experiences a few unusual emotions, which he quickly suppresses. After an awkward period of silence as they contemplate their options, Anon and Rainbow Dash agree to read the newest Daring Do book together.
