Hi guys! just have a question for everyone especially the artists. If i have a fully completed sketch commission, is it possible to commission another artist to complete it? From line art to shading?
I'm not looking for a total change in style, just minor edits like maybe a bit of blood or an addition of a background?

It depends on the art style used, really. Like an anime or cartoon style would be really easy to paint over, and in fact I've done several edits like this for this thread, and they don't take long at all. If the person has a lineless painterly style though, you're probably fucked.
Also the guy said it was just a sketch commission, so that means you'd have to draw your own lines, your own color, your own shading, your own background. So as an "edit," it'd be pretty easy since you wouldn't need the layers if it's just a sketch but then it's sort of like, a brand new commission, but the guy probably needs to pay you as much as, if not more, than the original commission because you're doing more work. If a sketched commission takes me one hour of effort, then a completed one probably takes three to four. Sorry for run on sentences.

Not that guy, but requests like "draw pony of choice enjoying a lollipop" are waaaay more likely to get done than "draw anon and my OC at the park making fun of Scootaloo who just tripped over her scooter." Yeah it's up to the artist, but this is a free board and half the people here don't want to put a whole lot of effort into stuff, so the easier it is and the more wiggle room it gives us, the more likely it is to be done.

There's a list of artists at the top of the page, you could try asking one of them. There's also people on Derpibooru that advertise in the banners or just ask the artists themselves there. Outside of that, you could try tumblr or deviantart (not sarcasm) because a lot of people do commissions there too.
