Once upon a time, there was a little fellow who lived in Canterlot. He loved how fancy the city was, how nice everyone dressed, and, most of all, how amazing the food was.
Food was his passion, his "special talent", if you will. He wanted nothing more than to become a famous cook, loved by everypony.

He was like you - he could understand the rat. Instead of throwing the rat out or even killing him, as many ponies might do, he took the time to learn about him.
He learned that it was the rat who made the wonderful soup, and the two teamed up. The rat hid away in the stallion's hat, guiding him in what to do. With the rat's genius and the stallion's speed and ability to blend in, the two became the finest chefs in all of Equestria, making the fanciest of foods for the ponies of Canterlot.
